Can you help with patio layout and finish selection?
Yes. The planning process covers use, footprint, access, drainage, finish, transitions and future backyard improvements before the scope is finalized.
Do you show pricing online?
Yes. Typical planning ranges are $18–$22 per square foot for broom-finished concrete and $25–$30 per square foot for stamped concrete. A site-specific estimate is still needed because total size, access, removal, grade, steps, borders, drainage and other conditions vary by property.
How do I decide how large the patio should be?
Begin with the furniture and activities you want to support, then allow comfortable walking space around them. A scaled layout for your dining, lounge and grill zones is more reliable than choosing a standard patio size.
Can you remove and replace an older concrete patio?
Yes. Replacement is also a chance to improve the footprint, connections and finish rather than automatically rebuilding the same layout. The site review should consider why the existing surface became a problem.
Should I choose the finish before requesting an estimate?
You can arrive with a preference, but you do not need to make the final choice first. Comparing complete project photos, maintenance expectations and the home exterior can help narrow the options during planning.
What information is helpful when I first reach out?
Share the property location, what you want the finished space to do, a rough size if known and any concerns about the current area. Photos of doors, access, slopes and existing concrete are also useful during the first conversation.
